As I explore movement, my primary focus is to emphasize the tone of interpretation. I want to be able to stir the souls that are viewing my art and explore the depths of what is being seen. Not only movement, but an exploration of color to go further into the issues of spirituality. The exploration between flesh and spirit as they battle between the surface into the mind can only be translated roughly in my paintings. My studies that are presented show a cultivation of what the spirit inside our bodies is trying to manifest and eventually put on wood with color and movement. My ultimate question I am trying to answer is how can the spirit communicate effectively through the mind and unto a creation of art? How many ways can I accomplish this.
